Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our client and sales team. This role blends sales engineering, solution architecture, and sales, serving as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor to prospects and clients.

The Senior Solutions Architect will:

  • Lead product demos
  • Manage the RFP process end-to-end
  • Draft proposals, SOWs, and contract documentation
  • Support internal sales for change orders
  • Architect client solutions across the Give Interactive platform
  • Prospecting new leads and managing prospects

This person will develop deep expertise across the entire platform as it relates to operational use, data design, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Sales Engineering \& Client Engagement

  • Lead tailored product demonstrations for prospects and clients
  • Support sales cycles by presenting technical and operational capabilities
  • Oversee the full RFP lifecycle from receipt to final submission
  • Prepare response documentation for technical, operational, and security inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with prospective organizations as a platform SME

Solution Architecture \& Contracting

  • Architect end-to-end platform solutions across fund accounting, granting, contributions, fees, investments, and integrations
  • Draft, refine, and negotiate Statements of Work, proposals, and technical exhibits
  • Support internal sales for change orders and contract adjustments
  • Develop templates and repeatable assets for proposal and SOW generation

Platform Expertise \& Internal Enablement

  • Become deeply knowledgeable across every module of the Give Interactive platform
  • Partner with Implementation and Product teams to translate client needs into configurations or enhancements
  • Participate in enablement and training for internal teams
  • Provide structured feedback from sales cycles to inform product roadmap decisions

Continuous Improvement \& Innovation

  • Improve pre-sales, solutioning, and contracting workflows
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process standardization
  • Build repeatable assets for platform demos, SOWs, and technical documentation
  • Bring a ruthless approach to innovation and problem solving; thinking creatively on how the company and platform can support the needs of prospects, clients and the general market.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7\+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting (SaaS/Fintech preferred)
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and implementation methodologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing RFPs, proposals, and SOWs
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Relational and persuasive, with strong written documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in philanthropy, Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), financial services, or community foundations is a plus

  • Salary range: $150,000-165,000 (Depending upon experience)
