We're looking for a

Software Engineer in Test

who's ready to bring their expertise, energy, and commitment to quality to a team that's changing lives through technology.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key player in our Quality Assurance team, helping us build and maintain the test automation frameworks that power our products. You'll work closely with our SCRUM teams, collaborate across all of technology, and help mentor the next generation of QA professionals.

• Design, develop, and execute test automation code across multiple projects
• Build and maintain robust, reusable automation frameworks
• Partner with the QA Director and lead automation engineers to define testing strategy
• Create test scripts covering database impacts, regression testing, usability, and more
• Set up and maintain test environments in collaboration with IT
• Mentor junior automation engineers and QA professionals
• Provide status and progress reports to keep teams aligned

What You Bring

• 4–6 years

of experience in test automation or software engineering

• Hands-on experience with

Java, Selenium, Appium, WebdriverIO, Android Studio, and/or XCode

• Proven ability to write custom scripts beyond record-and-playback — think control flow logic, loops, and GUI object recognition
• Experience designing and developing automation frameworks from the ground up
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, Agile/SCRUM environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with mobile device automation is a

plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
