APAC Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for

technical/IT roles in the Australian market

.

• Source candidates through

LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals

.

• Conduct initial

screening, qualification and interview coordination

.

• Work closely with

hiring managers, BDMs and delivery teams

to understand requirements.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular

submission and recruitment status updates

.

• Negotiate rates/salaries and coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills:

• 1–5 years of experience in

IT/Technical Recruitment

.

• Hands-on experience recruiting for the

Australian market

.

• Good understanding of

Australian recruitment processes and employment market

.

• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent

English communication and negotiation skills

.

• Experience with

LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and ATS/CRM tools

.

• Ability to work with Australian business hours/time zones.
