Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-learning Developer, based in Columbus, GA. The E-learning Developer will be tasked with creating and maintaining online learning modules, designing instructional materials, managing Learning Management System (LMS) content, and ensuring SCORM compliance. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with faculty and stakeholders to assess and meet training and educational needs, as well as providing support for the effective deployment of e-learning resources.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Learning Development and familiarity with SCORM standards
- Strong expertise in Instructional Design and creating engaging educational materials
- Experience in managing content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Skills in Training and Development with an emphasis on digital learning solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Education, or a related field required; a master's degree is preferred
- Familiarity with multimedia and content creation tools is a plus
- Previous experience in higher education or corporate training is advantageous
