Job Description

The candidate will be based at the ENGIS site (Belgium) or LAVAL (France), but he/she will work for all entities of the Group.

The ARMOSA group develops, manufactures and markets insecticides, rodenticides, traps, repellents, attractants, and ensures their authorization under biocide legislation. We also develop alternative solutions without chemical products.

Our areas of application : retail consumer products sold through supermarkets and specialized stores, professional livestock, professional pest control, post-harvest grain protection, arboriculture, horticulture and green space management.

ARMOSA has production and logistics sites in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, England and Serbia. We deliver our products to a wide range of B2B customer profiles: large, well-structured accounts with centralized delivery platforms; major clients operating across multiple delivery sites; as well as smaller, less structured businesses that place a strong emphasis on service quality and responsiveness. We ship our products both across Europe and worldwide

Your mission

As Group Logistics and Purchasing Manager, you will oversee the management, coordination and optimization of logistics flows for the Armosa group. Your objective: ensure product availability, optimize costs and lead times, and provide impeccable service to our clients and partners.

Your responsibilities will include in particular:

· Define and implement the logistics strategy in line with the group’s objectives.

· Analyze logistics indicators (stock levels, delivery times, costs, transport performance) to identify areas for improvement.

· Optimize and supervise logistics activities: management of purchasing , stock optimization, order preparation, transport, reception and shipping of goods.

· Lead continuous improvement projects (digitalization, automation of flows, etc.).

· Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards across the entire logistics chain, including ADR, IATA and IMDG regulations.

· Lead and coordinate logistics teams and foster collaboration with other departments (production, quality, purchasing, sales).

Your profile

· Degree in the field of logistics, supply chain or equivalent.

· Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in logistics management, ideally in a multi-site or international environment.

· Proficient in logistics tools and ERP software.

· Knowledge of standards and regulations related to transport: ADR, IATA, IMDG, etc.

· Familiar with optimization and continuous improvement methods applied to logistics.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills for coordinating logistics teams.

· Rigor, autonomy and a clear sense of priorities.

· Mobility (Belgium, France, Netherlands, England).

· Knowledge of English.
