Role

Reflective Training Coach. Support training of school counselors to use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills with adolescents using the Reflective Training (RT) model (Roberts et al., 2025).

What You’ll Do

• Lead 2–4 weekly 1-hour virtual training groups (Zoom/Teams)
• Conduct brief (7-min) recorded roleplays with learners
• Provide brief structured feedback \+ skill ratings (behavioral rating scale)
• Help learners build skills to use DBT techniques in their school counseling roles

Who This Is For

• Advanced graduate students or early-career professionals in psychology, counseling, social work, or behavioral health
• OR experienced clinicians interested in training, supervision, or coaching roles

Qualifications

• Background in mental health / behavioral health (degree in progress or completed)
• Familiarity with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and teaching skills
• Comfort working with adolescents or youth
• Comfort with video-recorded roleplays

Note: Licensure not required

Pay

• $150 for 4-hour onboarding training
• $140 per 1-hour session for coaching
• $50 per roleplay (record and score 7-min roleplay; approx time )
