Job Description
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical and solutions advisor throughout the enterprise B2B sales cycle. Working in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams, you will support multiple accounts across a diverse product portfolio and play a key role in shaping successful outcomes for our customers.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Sales to lead discovery sessions and identify quantifiable business challenges our solutions can address
- Design and deliver demonstrations, workshops, and solution presentations that clearly articulate how our platform enables desired business outcomes
- Provide deep technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, helping to shape and influence requirements early in the process
- Develop a strong understanding of the product suite and third-party integrations, delivering compelling technical presentations to stakeholders
- Capture and translate customer technical requirements into architectural blueprints, validating solutions with prospects
- Lead the technical delivery of complex enterprise Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, ensuring success criteria are met and expectations exceeded
- Own technical responses for RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, ensuring high-quality and tailored submissions
- Create detailed solution design proposals for complex deployments, collaborating across teams on integration design, knowledge transfer, and product gap analysis
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform solution positioning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems, including presales notes and collateral
- Contribute best practices, assets, and thought leadership to the broader presales and sales organization
- Travel as required (approximately 30–40%) to support customer and internal engagements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in enterprise architecture, IT consulting, sales engineering, or software engineering in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of AI, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, or data visualization concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and senior business stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach across cross-functional teams
- Ability to clearly articulate technical value and translate complex solutions into business outcomes
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver across concurrent projects
- Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Surveillance, Supervision, eDiscovery, Archiving, or unstructured data platforms is a plus
- Experience with Solution Selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Demo2Win) is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome technical objections and guide customers toward successful outcomes
- Professional, proactive, and self-driven with a passion for solving customer challenges through technology
