BASIC FUNTION:

1\.To direct and maintain the development of the operations plan for all product groups in accordance with the marketing forecasts.

2\.To optimize effective purchasing with cost liability to meet sales scheduled under company instruction and alignment.

3\.To maintain and optimize the budgeted level of service to the market. Control inventory level to meet or better budget.

4\.To work to achieve the Supply Chain KPIs

5\.Support all works in Supply Chain Department including clerical works and maintain highly motivated and well trained staff.

MAJOR DUTIES:

1\. Management of Revlon product and component registration with BPCS and other relative systems:

•Item master registration of products and components by SKU within BPCS. Manage, create, and register BOM.

•Manage and purchase products to meet production of Promotion Deals, Regular Wall Deals, Open Set, Lucky Bag, etc., other relative products or events.

•Manage all relative internal procedures such as Kintone.

•Manage Standard Cost and Retail/Trade Price Registration for all SKU.

2\. Supply Planning Management:

•Manage the promotions and basic supply planning by managing inventory and given demand plan.

•Manage PartnerCast monthly update for global supply plan and BPCS MRP running update.

•Ensure all finished goods, semi-finished goods, and components are procured in time to support plan.

•Report and share arrivals of promotion and basic products internally with calendar and supply plan.

3\. Purchasing and Shipment Management with vendors:

•Manage to calculate purchasing qty and issue and send Purchase Order to vendors with approval in timely manner.

•Monitor TPM and work with them to improve their efficiencies and cost improvement in deliveries.

•Contact vendors for shipment arrangements.

•Notify deadlines of arrival and follow up production schedule and arrivals of products from vendors.

•Notify and update arrival information shared with 3PL warehouse vendor in Japan for receiving.

•Develop alternative sources of supply for all key materials and negotiate with vendors when necessary.

4\. Inventory Management:

•Establish and control optimal inventory levels of finished goods, semi-finished goods, and components to optimize corporate objectives.

•Set purchase commitment plan - monitor and measure via open to buy/open to receive.

•Report on excess and obsolete inventory.

•Coordinate and plan discontinuation requests.

5\. Support all other works in Supply Chain Department including clerical works.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

1\. A Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics or Economics.

2\.The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager from the FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, food or pharmaceutical industries.

3\.S/He will have at least 8-10 years’ of operations experience, materials management and/or TPM management and Purchasing Procurement with a multinational manufacturing firm.

4\. Should have experience working with or managing third party suppliers.

5\.Prior experience working in a computerized environment is essential, preferably with exposure to MRP / BPCS.

6\.Experience and understanding of new product development processes in a similar industry would be highly desirable.

7\.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point \& Word). Excellent electronic Data Management Skills to perform various analysis. Previous experience with Stratum Viewer \& Planner or any system for analysis would be an advantage.

8\.Ability to communicate with, and understand business needs, of internal partners (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Operations)

9\.Proven leadership with strong people skills and the ability to work in an intense, fast paced, team-oriented environment.

10\. Good influential skills and results-oriented team player.

11\. Positive minded and ability to listen to others.
