Role Description
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to partner with leading biotech and pharma organizations to digitize and automate R\&D workflows. This is a hybrid pre-sales \+ post-sales role where you’ll own the full customer journey—from solution design to successful implementation and adoption.
You’ll work at the intersection of science and technology, helping customers modernize lab operations, integrate data systems, and scale automation across their organizations.
What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales
- Partner with Sales to lead discovery, solution design, and technical strategy
- Architect solutions across LIMS, ELN, lab instruments, automation platforms, and enterprise systems
- Translate customer workflows into scalable, high-impact technical solutions
Post-Sales
- Lead end-to-end implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Oversee integrations across lab systems, data pipelines, and automation platforms
- Drive adoption and long-term customer success
Across the Lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor on lab digitalization and automation strategy
- Collaborate with Product \& Engineering to solve complex challenges
- Define best practices for data architecture and system integration
What You Bring
- 5–10\+ years in life sciences, enterprise software, or solutions architecture
- Experience supporting both pre-sales and implementation delivery
- Strong understanding of lab workflows (LIMS, ELN, automation, data systems)
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication skills with both scientists and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Background in bioinformatics, data engineering, or lab automation
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations
