Position Summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick) is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to play a key role on our rehab team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps individuals regain function, increase independence, and safely return to daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans
• Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input
• Educate residents and families on techniques that support long-term success
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required
