Ecommerce + Email Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce \+ Email Marketing Coordinator to support the daily execution of our Shopify, Amazon, and Klaviyo operations.

This is a hands-on role focused on building, updating, and improving our ecommerce experience. You will be responsible for ensuring products, emails, and website content are accurate, optimized, and aligned with current campaigns.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys execution, organization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and update products in Shopify (images, variants, descriptions, collections)

• Maintain and update Amazon listings

• Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo

• QA emails (links, formatting, mobile optimization)

• Update website pages, collections, and merchandising

• Improve product pages with better structure and content

• Support basic SEO (titles, descriptions, alt text)

• Assist with blog and landing page updates
