Role Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Contracts and Vendor Management Specialist

to oversee contract lifecycle management and drive partner performance within our Technology \& Operations function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring vendor compliance, optimizing partner relationships, and delivering data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or partner management (preferably in Tech \& Operations)
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and offboarding
• Track and evaluate service provider performance against agreed SLAs
• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
