Job Summary – SAP ERP Developer

• Position Type: 100% Remote, Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
• Minimum Experience: 8\+ years in SAP ERP Development
• Required Work Eligibility: US Citizens and Green Card holders only
• Communication: Well-spoken, strong communication skills required

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and code SAP ERP software solutions
• Collaborate within a daily scrum team to deliver functional code iteratively
• Provide technical leadership to ensure project feasibility and effectiveness
• Work with analysts and customers to define requirements
• Contribute innovative solutions and follow best practices/design standards
• Research technology trends and influence platform decisions
• Mentor and train other developers; may include on-call duties
• Support production operations, manage SAP Background Jobs, and troubleshoot issues
• Administer SAP Workflow and support functional troubleshooting for business users
• Provide integration support for interfaces with third-party vendors

Required Skills \& Experience

• 5\+ years of relevant professional experience (minimum 8 years preferred per job post)
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ABAP, Fiori, JavaScript, SAPUI5, SAP GUI, Eclipse ADT, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector, and Git-based version control
• Familiarity with production operations (SM37), workflow administration, and interface support
• Strong root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Cloud Service Provider Certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) required within 1 year of employment
• High school diploma (minimum education requirement), legal US work authorization

Preferred Skills \& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with agile, DevOps, and IT Service Management processes
• Development experience with modern web technologies: TypeScript, Node.js, React, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, data modeling
• Experience with SAP Screen Personas, SAP Workflow/Flexible Workflow, SAP Leonardo, or AI/ML within SAP
• Familiarity with ALM \& DevOps tools: SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build, ChaRM, GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD
• Experience with project/incident management tools (TDX, Jira, Microsoft Teams) and documentation (SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, SAP HR/HCM technical structures, HR programming techniques, and Payroll/Benefits interfaces
• Experience in application architecture, ETL, performance tuning, peer code reviews, debugging, and SAP Notes application
• Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Development Associate (ABAP with SAP NetWeaver), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
