ABOUT THE ROLE

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Marketing Assistant. This role focuses on supporting marketing campaigns, creating and organizing marketing materials, assisting with social media content, coordinating projects, and helping the marketing team execute daily initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Create and schedule social media content

• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports

• Coordinate email marketing campaigns

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Update website and digital content as needed

• Track campaign performance and prepare reports

• Organize marketing files and digital assets

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines

• Support branding and promotional initiatives

• Perform additional administrative and marketing support tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, administration, or related roles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Creative thinking and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

• Familiarity with social media platforms

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

• Professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset

NICE TO HAVE

• Internship or marketing support experience

• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with email marketing platforms

• Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing
