Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our team in Seattle, WA, for an on-site role. The Legal Assistant will perform various administrative and legal support tasks, including preparing legal documents, managing communication between attorneys and clients, maintaining case files, scheduling meetings, filing court documents, and providing clerical assistance on a range of case files to ensure efficient daily operations. The individual will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team's commitment to superior client service and effective case management.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a legal or law firm environment, particularly in handling litigated matters
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner
  • Expertise in providing administrative assistance, including scheduling, file maintenance, court filings, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability and willingness to work independently, and in a self-motivated fashion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Associate's degree or higher level of education, strongly preferred

Compensation \& Benefits

  • Expected salary range of $55,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience
