About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on large-scale multifamily residential and commercial construction projects.

This is a critical leadership position responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee crews, coordinate assigned electrical scopes, manage materials and manpower, and work closely with project leadership and other trades.

The organization provides field leaders with modern technology, including a company-issued iPad and smartphone, as well as customized training and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the assigned electrical scope in coordination with the project superintendent and other trades.
  • Manage field manpower, materials, schedules, and daily production.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate crews working within the designated scope.
  • Enforce and promote high standards for safety, workmanship, and quality.
  • Help ensure projects are completed on time and meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Use company-provided technology to document progress, communicate updates, and manage field activities.
  • Identify potential field issues and coordinate solutions with project leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with the National Electrical Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Active journeyman or master electrician license.
  • At least five years of experience managing an electrical scope and leading multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
  • Experience with large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects.
  • Previous leadership experience managing crews of five or more employees.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code, local electrical codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Basic computer and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and motivate field employees.

Preferred Qualification

  • OSHA 30 certification. Candidates who do not currently hold the certification may obtain it after starting.
