About the Company
The Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring the delivery of scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success criteria
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Coordinate UAT and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria
- Work cross-functionally with development, QA, and product teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3\+ years of Business Analyst experience
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Retail domains
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
