We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to support the day-to-day activities in a dynamic and fast-paced private equity environment.

Qualifications \& skills:

  • Minimum Master's degree from top university
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Detail oriented and pro-active
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in both English and French

The Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s day-to-day activities. This position works closely with the CEO to support the company’s strategic and operational goals, while managing administrative, financial, and logistical processes across departments.

1\. Process \& Workflow Management

Monitor, analyze, and streamline internal workflows

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Implement systems and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy

2\. People \& Operational Leadership

Drive talent acquisition strategy for Monaco and New York to support high-impact growth and positioning.

Supervise and support administrative, HR and office staff (Support onboarding processes)

Monitor team KPIs and HR allocation

Build and manage the company’s social media strategy and content

Facilitate internal communication and cross-functional coordination

Oversee daily administrative functions such as scheduling, filing, office logistics, and supply management

3\. Accounting \& Financial Administration

Bookkeeping and financial administration

Process invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments

Track expenses and support the preparation of budget reports

Monitor cash flow

4\. Risk \& Compliance Management

Ensure compliance with legal, HR, and financial obligations

Maintain accurate internal records, contracts, and employee files

Assist in audits, regulatory filings, and adherence to internal procedures
