About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team remotely or in our NYC office. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing campaign performance data products within our healthcare media ecosystem. Your work will involve translating complex, multi-source data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions for internal teams and clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will collaborate closely with Account Management, Product, and Analytics teams to standardize reporting processes, optimize data pipelines, and advance how campaign performance is measured and communicated. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence data-driven decision-making in a dynamic, health-focused environment, ultimately contributing to improved patient engagement and health outcomes.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in BI analytics, digital marketing analytics, or data-focused roles
- Experience working with campaign performance or user engagement data
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or equivalent
- Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and metric standardization
- Strong Excel skills and data manipulation capabilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills for translating data into clear narratives
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Own the development and maintenance of campaign performance data products, including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insight layers
- Translate complex, multisource data into clear, decision-oriented insights and narratives for stakeholders
- Identify performance drivers, trends, and opportunities across campaigns, content, and audiences to inform strategic actions
- Advance reporting from descriptive to diagnostic and prescriptive insights to enhance decision-making
- Design and maintain scalable BI dashboards for internal teams and clients, ensuring consistency and reliability
- Define and standardize core metrics, business logic, and calculation frameworks across data sources
- Integrate data from platforms such as Sigma, Adobe Analytics, and ad servers into unified reporting layers
- Pull, validate, and ensure data accuracy from dashboards and data sources
- Support the transition from manual reporting workflows to automated, scalable systems, including AI-assisted workflows
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to improve data pipelines, integrity, and system reliability
- Embed insights into scalable reporting and dashboard experiences to support client and internal decision-making
