We are seeking an

AI Strategy \& Transformation Consultant

to drive AI-enabled business transformation across a range of functions and digital platforms. In this role, you will identify and assess high-value AI use cases, guide cross-functional teams through discovery and solutioning, and develop robust AI transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. You will act as a strategic advisor, translating complex AI concepts into practical, outcome-oriented strategies and working alongside technology and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

What you'll do

• AI Strategy \& Opportunity Identification
• Identify and assess high-value AI use cases across business functions, digital platforms, operations, customer experience, and enterprise workflows.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand pain points, process inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals, operational priorities, and technology maturity.
• Evaluate opportunities across areas such as:

+ customer experience \& personalization

+ marketing \& campaign optimization

+ software development lifecycle (Agentic SDLC)

+ knowledge management

+ operations \& workflow automation

+ analytics, forecasting, and decision intelligence.

• Strategic Solutioning \& Business Case Development
• Translate business problems into AI-enabled solution approaches and implementation strategies.
• Build business cases, value hypotheses, ROI frameworks, and pilot recommendations for AI initiatives.
• Define target-state operating models for AI adoption, including people, process, governance, and tooling considerations.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and organizational readiness.
• AI Implementation Planning \& Delivery Enablement
• Shape implementation approaches for AI solutions, from pilot through scaled adoption.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, data teams, product owners, and delivery teams to operationalize AI use cases.
• Define delivery workstreams, dependencies, and phased rollout plans for AI initiatives.
• Ensure AI strategies are grounded in practical implementation realities, including data readiness, integration complexity, governance, and adoption.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business, product, engineering, and delivery teams on AI opportunities and implementation considerations.
• Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and executive discussions to align stakeholders around AI priorities and outcomes.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in a business-friendly and outcome-oriented manner.
• Emerging AI Capability Development
• Stay current on AI trends, enterprise use cases, tooling, and implementation patterns across:

+ Generative AI

+ Agentic AI / Agentic SDLC

+ AI copilots

+ workflow automation

+ personalization and decisioning

+ AI governance and responsible AI.

• Contribute to internal capability building, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and thought leadership around AI transformation.

What you bring

• Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, with the ability to translate them into practical business applications.
• Experience defining or supporting AI use cases, pilots, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to connect business goals, process pain points, data readiness, and technical feasibility.
• Strong workshop facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to structure strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
