Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with business units to understand data needs and define key metrics (KPIs).
• Develop data models and automate reporting processes for efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
• Present findings in clear, concise, and visually compelling ways.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 2–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency with

SQL

and at least one data visualization tool (

Tableau

,

Power BI

, or

Looker

).

• Strong experience with

Excel

,

Google Sheets

, and data cleaning techniques.

• Working knowledge of

Python

or

R

for data manipulation and analysis.

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

cloud data platforms

(AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery).

• Familiarity with

ETL tools

or workflow automation (Alteryx, Airflow, or dbt).

• Exposure to

machine learning concepts

or predictive analytics.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
