GRADE 1 TEACHER - CAVE HILL SCHOOL - RSU 24 (2026-2027 School Year)

Are you a fun and dynamic first grade teacher? We would love to have you join our team at Cave Hill School in Eastbrook!! Key strengths for this position include a genuine love for working with young children, strong early literacy and mathematics instruction, and effective classroom management. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of/or a willingness to learn. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Conscious Discipline. Additional strengths include using data to inform instruction, planning developmentally appropriate lessons, and collaborating positively with colleagues. Our primary grades emphasize a play-based learning approach.

The successful candidate will hold a Maine Department of Education Teacher Certification #020 General K-8 Endorsement. or #029 Early Elementary Endorsement. Must hold a current MDOE Criminal History Records Check. Pay is based upon experience and level of education.
