What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Utilize Agile methods to analyze and document business functions and requirements
• Consult with management and personnel to define and document operational procedures and objectives
• Analyze the integration of business functions with technology for project design
• Build and support the management and prioritization of the product backlog, creating user stories as needed
• Participate in team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Business Analysis, including eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business functions
• At least two (2) years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience creating requirements documentation for complex projects
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team setting

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience setting up IT projects for a team of developers
• Familiarity with prioritizing user stories effectively
• Business Analysis certifications such as PMI-PBA or CBAP
• Experience in quality assurance testing of application software
• Proficiency with wireframe/mockup applications such as Figma
