This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious luxury interior design studio, offering an excellent benefits package including hybrid and flexible working, an annual bonus, a strong focus on employee wellbeing, and much more. This role presents the chance to make a meaningful impact on the studio’s continued growth and success while working within a highly creative and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and support across the business
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Assist with performance reviews, employee development, and engagement programmes
  • Support employee relations matters, fostering a positive and collaborative studio culture
  • Assist with office operations, staff events, wellbeing initiatives, and new starter coordination

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a creative or design environment
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR qualification
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Proactive, discreet, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating a positive, collaborative workplace culture
