About the Role

BMC Capital is seeking a driven and analytical Associate Loan Officer to join our Dallas office. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to build a long-term career in commercial real estate finance with one of the nation’s most active and respected lenders. As an Associate, you’ll work directly with senior producers on all stages of loan origination and execution — from financial analysis, underwriting, and loan packaging to negotiation and closing. You’ll gain direct exposure to real transactions across the country while developing the skills and relationships that lead to a future as a loan officer or production leader within the firm.

What You’ll Do

·        Support senior originators with loan structuring, underwriting, and analysis across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and special-use assets.

·        Prepare and present detailed loan packages for internal and lender review.

·        Manage due diligence, loan processing, and closing coordination with borrowers, lenders, attorneys, and third parties.

·        Conduct market research and property-level analysis to support deal evaluation.

·        Communicate regularly with lenders, investors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

What We’re Looking For

·        2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, or a related field (banking, mortgage banking, or investment sales).

·        Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel and CRE underwriting.

·        Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

·        A motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong desire to grow into a production role.
