At Our Thrive Tribe, we help leaders in the dental industry grow their visibility, influence, and relationships through social media.

Most agencies manage corporate social media accounts.

We focus on something different: personal brands.

Our clients are founders, executives, and industry leaders who want to show up authentically online, build trust, and create meaningful connections within the dental community.

We’re looking for an Account Manager who can help bring those voices to life.

This role is part strategist, part writer, and part relationship manager. If you enjoy understanding people, translating conversations into thoughtful content, and building meaningful client relationships, you’ll thrive here.

The people who do best on our team are naturally curious about others. They enjoy understanding how people think, what motivates them, and how to communicate ideas in a way that resonates with an audience.

What You’ll Do

Our Account Managers eventually manage 5–7 client profiles, primarily on LinkedIn.

However, new team members do not start with a full client load.

Most people begin with 1–2 clients while they learn our systems, processes, and approach to personal branding. As you grow comfortable in the role and demonstrate readiness, additional clients are added over time until you reach a full workload.

Our goal is to set you up for long-term success rather than overwhelm you on day one.

Responsibilities include:

  • Getting to deeply know each client’s voice, perspective, and goals
  • Joining client calls and identifying content opportunities from conversations
  • Writing posts that reflect each client’s personality and expertise
  • Managing content calendars and scheduling posts
  • Engaging with industry conversations on behalf of clients
  • Collaborating with our team on strategy and creative ideas
  • Monitoring performance and identifying what resonates with each audience

Compensation

This role starts at $20/hour during the initial onboarding period.

After training and demonstrated proficiency, most team members move to $21/hour or higher.

We use a structured compensation model to ensure fairness across the team, so compensation for this role is not negotiated individually.
