Supply Chain Manager

A growing aerospace and defense manufacturing organization is looking to add an experienced

Supply Chain Manager

to their leadership team.

If you enjoy building supplier partnerships, driving operational efficiency, leading teams, and ensuring critical materials are delivered on time, this could be an excellent opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead procurement, sourcing, inventory management, planning, and logistics operations
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support production and customer delivery goals
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance metrics
• Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize ERP/MRP systems
• Lead and mentor buyers, planners, warehouse, and logistics personnel

What We're Looking For

• 5\+ years of supply chain or operations experience
• Leadership experience within manufacturing environments
• Strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar)
• Experience with supplier management, strategic sourcing, and inventory optimization
• Aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, FAA, FAR/DFAR regulations is a plus
