Fulfillment Node Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced

Fulfillment Node Operations Manager

to lead end-to-end fulfillment operations and ensure a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations, including

inbound, picking, packing, and outbound

.

• Own operational

KPIs, productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets

.

• Support

capacity planning, peak-season planning, and long-term operational strategy

.

• Drive

continuous improvement

initiatives to optimize processes and productivity.

• Lead strategic projects with

network-wide operational impact

.

• Manage relationships with

3PL providers, vendors, and cross-functional teams

.

• Establish and monitor metrics for

safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience

.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members while setting clear performance expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering

, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5\+ years of experience managing 3PL providers/vendors

.

• Strong

project management and continuous improvement

skills.

• Experience managing

inbound, outbound, fulfillment, or quality operations

.

• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, capacity planning, cost management, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in

operations management

.

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English

with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.

Preferred:

• Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement

experience.

• Experience creating

SOPs, training materials, and process documentation

.
