About The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive pipeline growth and expand ClearML’s presence across enterprise IT and AI infrastructure teams. This is a high-impact outbound role focused on identifying and engaging the right buyers, generating qualified meetings, and helping introduce ClearML’s AI infrastructure platform to organizations building and scaling AI workloads.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to strategically target accounts, personalize outreach, and create meaningful conversations with infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and IT leadership teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced startup environments, is naturally curious about AI infrastructure and enterprise technology, and wants to grow into a top-performing sales professional.

This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in the United States.

What You'll Do

Outbound Prospecting \& Pipeline Generation

  • Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise IT, infrastructure, AI, and platform engineering teams
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and personalize outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Account Executive team
  • Develop messaging tailored to specific industries, technical environments, and buyer pain points
  • Maintain a high level of daily outbound activity across calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects across multi-touch sequences
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, webinars, and inbound follow-up efforts
  • Keep CRM records accurate and organized, ensuring clean pipeline visibility and reporting
  • Work strategically within named accounts to identify expansion opportunities and additional stakeholders
  • Continuously refine outreach messaging based on market feedback, objections, and industry trends

Collaboration and Market Awareness

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to prioritize target accounts and coordinate account strategy
  • Learn and communicate ClearML’s value proposition around AI infrastructure, MLOps, orchestration, GPU utilization, and enterprise AI workflows
  • Stay informed on developments across AI infrastructure, Kubernetes, GPU cloud, HPC, and enterprise AI ecosystems
  • Gather feedback from prospects and share market insights with sales and leadership teams
  • Contribute ideas to improve outbound strategy, messaging, and overall pipeline generation efforts

Your Experience and Skills

  • Required: 2-3\+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or sales development roles
  • Required: Experience selling into IT departments, infrastructure teams, engineering organizations, or technical buyers
  • Required: Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Required: Ability to research accounts, identify buying signals, and personalize messaging effectively
  • Required: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high activity expectations
  • Required: Experience using CRM and outbound sales engagement platforms
  • Required: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospecting motions simultaneously
  • Strong advantage: Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, MLOps, HPC, GPU infrastructure, or enterprise software sales
  • Strong advantage: Experience prospecting into Fortune 500 or enterprise accounts
