Middle Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contact directly with domestic customers to exchange requests or clarify customer requirements
• Perform analysis, design, offer solutions and document customer requirements
• Carryout the transfer of requests to the development team and clarify the business aspects throughout the development process required.
• Carryout acceptance test for the product after developing customer requests

REQUIREMENT

• Education background: Graduated from College or University majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
• At least 3 years work experiences business analysis
• Understanding of the software development process
• Good at writing SRS documents
• Understand UML for system modeling and tools used for design mockup
• Can go onsite
