About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Engineer to manage and support our organization’s network infrastructure, systems, and IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, system administration, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and document network configurations, processes, and IT assets
• Provide technical support and resolve network/system-related issues
• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and security
• Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control policies
• Manage Active Directory (AD), domain services, and user accounts
• Handle hardware management, troubleshooting, and asset lifecycle management
• Support Windows, macOS, and Linux-based systems
• Manage endpoint security tools and ensure compliance with security policies
• Assist in CCTV system setup and maintenance
• Handle email systems, ticketing tools, and user queries
• Support asset migration, IT inventory tracking, and audits

**Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and access points
• Basic understanding of firewall technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Knowledge of network security best practices
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and system support
• Familiarity with Active Directory, domain services, and user management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Skills**

• Certifications like CCNA / CCNP
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS / Azure)
• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell / Linux scripting)
• Experience with endpoint security tools
