Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of writers, creatives, and strategists across projects
  • Set the creative vision and tone for Vantara across platforms
  • Ensure all output meets a high bar of originality, craft, and impact
  • Campaign \& Content
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across social, digital, and beyond
  • Drive always-on (BAU) content while constantly elevating it with fresh thinking
  • Translate complex, real-world stories (rescues, treatments, conservation efforts) into compelling narratives
  • Digital \& Social Expertise
  • Own platform-first thinking across Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging channels
  • Bring a strong understanding of formats, trends, algorithms, and audience behavior
  • Push innovative content formats and storytelling approaches
  • Client \& Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key client-facing leader, presenting ideas with clarity and conviction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Build trust through strategic thinking and consistent delivery
  • Operational Excellence
  • Oversee end-to-end creative delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Balance speed with quality in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Bring structure and direction to a fast-moving setup

Qualifications

  • 8–12\+ years in copywriting/creative roles, preferably in digital or integrated agencies
  • Proven experience leading teams and large-scale campaigns
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating big ideas \+ social-first execution
