Position Overview

We are looking for skilled

Business Process Modelers / Business Analysts

with hands-on experience in

BPMN and/or DMN

.

In this role, you will work on analyzing, designing, and improving business processes and decision logic using standard modeling techniques. Senior candidates with strong expertise and experience in leading process improvement initiatives are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process models using BPMN
• Design and implement decision models and business rules using DMN
• Work closely with stakeholders and teams to gather and validate requirements
• Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
• Recommend efficient and scalable solutions
• Ensure models follow organizational standards and quality guidelines
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Participate in workshops and present solutions to stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members (for senior roles)

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BPMN and/or DMN modeling
• Strong understanding of business analysis and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good written and spoken English

• 5\+ years of experience preferred for senior roles
