Junior Supplier Success Manager

At Aura, we work at the intersection of packaging, supply chain and sustainability, supporting suppliers and partnering with global brands to deliver measurable impact.

As demand for our work continues to grow, we’re looking to bring in junior team members who want to build their careers in this space.

You might have:

• A foundational understanding of packaging or packaging artwork

• Experience supporting projects or coordinating stakeholders

• Exposure to working with suppliers, retailers, or brand teams

• An interest in how packaging decisions can drive meaningful sustainability outcomes

Language skills in German, Italian or other Central European languages would be a welcome addition, but are not essential

You don’t need to know everything, but you do need curiosity, attention to detail, and the confidence to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

This is an opportunity to work with well-known clients, collaborate closely with suppliers, and develop practical, hands-on experience in packaging and sustainability from day one.
