Client Relationship Manager

₹15,000/month ; Fully remote ; 11am to 8pm IST; Monday to Saturday

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a relationship manager
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Excellent phone and chat etiquette, patient, and detail-oriented
• A fundamental understanding of programming concepts to explain things simply
• A proactive enabler who anticipates needs and follows through

As our Relationship Manager, you'll be the go-to voice for families, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for parents with handling queries via WhatsApp and calls with empathy and professionalism
• Provide regular follow-ups about course offerings, schedules, and class arrangements
• Explain technical courses related questions with clear, accessible responses for non-tech audiences
• Collaborate with instructors to relay children’s progress reports and notify parents proactively
• Maintain detailed logs of all parent interactions and ensure seamless internal communication

What You Won’t Be Doing

• No sales targets, as this is not a sales or marketing role
• No quota pressure, as the focus is on relationship building and educational support
