The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Accountant will be a core member of the Finance team with primary ownership of AP and AR, as well as meaningful involvement in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The finance team is lean and collaborative — this is not a siloed back-office role. You'll have real visibility and real impact.

What You'll Do

• Own AP and AR functions end-to-end, ensuring timely processing and alignment with internal controls
• Support month-end and year-end close activities in compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and review account reconciliations across cash, balance sheet, and other key accounts
• Apply cash and accrual accounting methodologies appropriately across transaction types
• Support revenue recognition processes and applicable accounting standards
• Assist with inventory reconciliation, working cross-functionally with operations and supply chain
• Contribute to the NetSuite implementation and ongoing process and systems improvement initiatives

Who We're Looking For

This role is a strong fit for someone 1–3 years into their accounting career with a focus on AP, AR, or both. A Staff Accountant eager to go deep on transactional accounting in a high-growth environment is equally welcome.

• 1–3 years of accounting experience with AP, AR, or full-cycle focus
• QuickBooks Online proficiency required; NetSuite experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup — you don't need perfect process handed to you
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently
• Strong communicator who can work across teams and levels of the organization
• Tech-savvy with an appetite for AI-powered workflows and new tools
• Consumer goods or e-commerce background is a bonus, not a requirement
