We're camgula – a B2B video production agency helping industrial and tech companies grow their organic reach through data-driven short-form video content. Our clients are innovative SMEs across Germany and Europe, and we help them stand out on LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond.

We're looking for a

Senior Video Editor

with a proven track record in social media content. Someone who knows how to cut videos that stop the scroll, hook viewers in the first second, and keep them watching until the end – and who can do this independently from day one.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form video content for B2B clients (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels)

• Create engaging social media edits with modern pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling

• Design simple text animations and motion graphics in After Effects

• Handle basic color grading and audio correction to deliver polished, ready-to-publish videos

• Collaborate with our team to develop content that performs

What you bring

• 3\+ years of professional experience editing video content

• Extensive experience creating content for social media platforms

• Strong command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

• After Effects skills for text and graphic animations

• An eye for what works on social media – you understand trends, pacing, and platform-specific styles

• Ability to independently produce a video from raw footage to final export

• A strong portfolio showcasing your social media video work

• Fluent English (our company language) – German is a plus but not required
