Job Title:**

Project Manager

Location:

Playa Vista, CA (Onsite - 5 days/week, with occasional travel within the U.S)

Duration:

Contract - 12 Months (potential extension through 2028 initiatives)

Pay Rate Range:

$55 - $60 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional business operations and program initiatives across multiple enterprise teams and stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Partner with business integration, brand, sports marketing, product, marketplace, and geographic teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and operational updates for leadership review.
• Support large-scale strategic initiatives and special projects tied to high-visibility events and organizational priorities.

Requirements:

• 8\+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or project management within large global organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience navigating cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives from strategy through execution while balancing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Keynote, Box, and presentation tools.
