Role Summary

We’re looking for a seasoned

Business Analyst (AI Application Scoping \& Analysis)

to bridge the gap between business needs and AI-powered solutions. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients and internal AI/ML, engineering, and product teams to define, scope, and shape high-impact AI applications across multiple industries including Financial Services, insurance, Healthcare, Retail \& E-commerce, Education, and Travel \& Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

business discoveries and requirements elicitation

for AI-powered products and enterprise platforms

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with business, ops, compliance, and tech stakeholders
• Document

BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process maps

• Own

requirements lifecycle management

: traceability, prioritization, change control, and validation

• Translating business objectives into

clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements

• Partner with Product Managers to shape

backlogs, MVP scope, and phased delivery plans

• Support Agile delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT coordination, and release readiness
• Collaborate with AI/ML and Engineering teams to clarify data needs, model inputs/outputs, and system behaviors
• Define

business KPIs and success metrics

for AI applications and automation initiatives

• Support solution validation through

UAT planning, test case reviews, and signoffs

• Proactively identify

scope risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery gaps

• Contribute to pre-sales discovery, solution scoping, and client presentations as a BA SME

Required Skills \& Experience

• 8\+ years of experience in

Business Analysis

roles within product, consulting, or enterprise delivery teams

• Strong command of

BA fundamentals

:

• Requirements elicitation \& documentation
• Stakeholder management
• Process modelling (BPMN / swim lanes / value streams)
• User stories \& acceptance criteria
• Traceability \& management change
• Experience working on

data, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions

(hands-on BA capacity, not theoretical)

• Comfort working with technical teams to clarify APIs, integrations, and system behavior
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in

Agile / Scrum / SAFe

delivery environments

• Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints and delivery realities
• Domain exposure to one or more: Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail \& E-commerce, Education, Travel \& Hospitality

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML use cases (NLP, predictive models, document intelligence, recommendation engines)
• Exposure to enterprise automation (workflow orchestration, RPA, decision engines)
• Consulting background or client-facing delivery experience
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and API-based architecture
• CBAP / PMI-PBA / Agile BA certifications
