Requirements
Responsibilities for Business Analyst include
:
- Work as part of an Aminad project team, collaborating to solve our client's strategic problems
- Work in teams of 2-4 consultants and leadership, playing an active role in all aspects of our consulting engagements
- This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations
- Develop knowledge of client issues, needs, and context
- Gain experience across the full range of work Aminad consultants do, including serving clients as well as helping to build Aminad's internal knowledge and capabilities
Qualifications for Business Analyst include:
- Strong academic achievement
- Track record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
