Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM Executive, Growth \& Marketing to support customer engagement and lifecycle execution across both the Zofeur app and Zofeur Black subscription service.
You will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns across key customer journeys, helping drive user activation, engagement, repeat usage, and reactivation through targeted, data-informed communications.
This is a hands-on role focused on campaign execution, segmentation support, and multi-channel communication, working closely with the Growth, Creative, and Product teams to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where testing, data, and continuous improvement guide daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding campaigns to help new users complete their first Zofeur ride.
- Support retention and engagement campaigns to increase ride frequency and repeat usage.
- Run reactivation campaigns targeting inactive or low-usage users based on defined segments.
- Support lifecycle communications for Zofeur Black subscribers, including engagement and renewal messaging.
- Execute CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Set up and schedule campaigns using CRM and engagement platforms.
- Build and maintain customer segments based on behavioral and usage data.
- Support A/B testing of campaign messaging, timing, and creatives.
- Support referral and loyalty campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports with key insights.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, campaign QA, and proper execution across all platforms.
- Assist in maintaining campaign calendars and execution timelines.
- Support improvements to automated journeys under guidance from the Growth \& Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing execution, ideally in a B2C or app-based business.
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across push, in-app, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Hands-on experience with any CRM or engagement platform.
- Comfortable building segments and working with behavioral and usage data.
- Strong attention to detail, with solid campaign QA and execution discipline.
- Able to interpret campaign performance and turn it into simple, useful reporting.
- A clear communicator who works well with creative, content, and product teams.
Bonus Points For
- Hands-on experience with Braze.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Experience in mobility, on-demand, or marketplace apps.
- Exposure to lifecycle automation and journey building.
- Familiarity with subscription or membership engagement.
