Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and governance activities (e.g., updating project plans, RAID logs, status dashboards).
  • Coordinate meetings: agenda preparation, scheduling, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain project documentation in shared repositories (SharePoint/Teams/Confluence); ensure version control and audit readiness.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and KPI summaries using standardized templates.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones; escalate risks and issues per PMO process.
  • Actively involved in RCA’s and participate in planning corrective actions to mitigate long term risks.
  • Assist in resource onboarding/offboarding logistics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO templates, SOPs, and playbooks.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Regularly monitor the project process flow and suggest improvement plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • HR Operations Support (Onsite- two days a week preferably Tuesday/Thursday).

Qualifications \& Experience

  • 1–3 years in a PMO/Project Coordinator, HR Operations Assistant, or related role focused on planning and tracking projects.
  • Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of project tracking and monitoring.
  • Experience with process documentation and reporting.
  • Professional communication and client-facing demeanor.
  • Strong customer service focus to keep customers’ requirements constantly to the forefront, and to ensure that the activities of the team align closely with these requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
  • Ability to be onsite in Franklin, TN two days per week (with remote flexibility).
  • Adherence to client site rules and protocols.
  • Background check required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
  • Display leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Experience in supporting projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close.
  • Experience in a managed services model supporting internal \& external stakeholders.
  • Support processing of physical mail (up to \~10 lbs.).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and KPI summaries using standardized templates.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones; escalate risks and issues per PMO process.
  • Actively involved in RCA’s and participate in planning corrective actions to mitigate long term risks.
  • Assist in resource onboarding/offboarding logistics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO templates, SOPs, and playbooks.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Regularly monitor the project process flow and suggest improvement plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage HR inbound mail at client site that could include any of the following: intake, categorize, digitize/scan, log, delivery or route.
  • Ensure confidentiality, data privacy, and compliance during mail handling and documentation.
  • Process HR forms and documentation for completeness.
  • Coordinate with HR partners (internal and external) to resolve routing issues.
  • Support other onsite administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assist with cyclical HR activities as needed.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $33,825- $94,540\. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
