Who we are
We are responsible for designing service UIs and defining user flows based on a deep understanding of mobility services, prototyping with consideration for various devices and accessibility, conducting usability research, and building a unified design system and UI component library to deliver a consistent UI/UX across all services.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide consistent UI/UX across services through deep understanding of mobility services. You will design service UIs and define user flows, conduct prototyping and usability research considering various devices and accessibility, and establish a unified design system and component-based UI architecture.
■ Service UI Design
- Designing and proposing improvements for service UIs based on a deep understanding of mobility
- Designing user flows for our products
■ UI Usability Research
- Prototyping with consideration for various factors such as users, devices, and accessibility
- Establishing UI usability principles and setting design direction based on an understanding of Android, iOS, web, and PC environments
■ UI Design Standardization
- Building a unified design system
- Creating UI components based on an understanding of the overall service development process
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Design
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design for mobile and web services
- Hands-on design experience in Android, iOS, web, and PC environments
- Those who can solve problems through user experience and create high‑quality UX/UI designs that consider both functionality and visual aesthetics
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Protopie, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, or any other foreign languages (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
- Experience in launching and operating in‑house services
- Those who can ensure strong usability while maintaining design quality and consistency across the entire product
- Those who can quickly run diverse and challenging tests
