Product Director - Consumer

We are seeking a Product Director to define the strategy and vision for our Consumer Products. This role provides leadership while delivering cohesive, high-quality experiences that communicate value effectively.

The Product Director owns prioritization and roadmap planning ,balancing platform changes, technical constraints, and business needs. This role drives alignment across engineering, product, and data teams, manages dependencies, and ensures demo strategy remains current with market trends, customer expectations, and broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10\+ years of experience in software, platform, or solution leadership roles, with fintech, banking, or complex regulated-industry experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information systems, engineering, or business); advanced degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy and priorities for complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving technical environments
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms and distributed systems, with experience aligning demo or solution environments to multi-tenant, platform-based architectures
• Experience translating customer needs, market trends, and platform capabilities into clear roadmaps and high-impact demonstration experiences
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and external audiences
• High degree of curiosity and initiative, with a track record of staying current on technology trends that influence platform capabilities and customer expectations
