Information Technology Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal security standards and policies.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors as needed.
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and project reviews (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall as applicable).
• Maintain documentation including project artifacts, requirements, and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5\+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in government or defense environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
