• A remote-first organization is seeking a motivated Junior Data Scientist based in the UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models
• Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain proper documentation of workflows and experiments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience (internships and academic projects included)
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
• Foundational understanding of machine learning algorithms
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional-level English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Experience working with real-world business datasets
• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
