VALR operates across two fast moving verticals. VALR Energy is a performance beverage brand built on growth, culture, and community. VALR Experience is a national experiential and environmental branding agency executing large scale programs across sports, venues, and global events. VALR Energy produces nitrogen infused energy beverages with naturally sourced caffeine from green tea and focuses on experiential branding through consumer products including energy drinks and performance wear. This role operates across both affiliated entities within our organization structure and is responsible for supporting how the brand shows up across all channels. VALR is building an in house creative and content engine across both verticals. This role supports the development, execution, and consistency of creative output across both entities. This is not a traditional isolated design role. This position is focused on executing high quality brand and campaign creative while maintaining speed, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives. You will work within the creative team to support execution across digital, physical, and campaign based environments.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead brand and campaign level creative execution across both VALR entities. This role focuses on developing high quality visual assets across product marketing, packaging, campaigns, presentations, and environmental graphics. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency while supporting a high volume of output across both digital and print environments. This role also supports production level execution including file preparation, print readiness, and accuracy across all deliverables. You will participate in both in person and virtual creative sessions, collaborating with the VALR creative team on a daily and weekly basis. This is a hands-on execution role built for precision, speed, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop campaign level creative and brand visuals across both VALR entities
- Maintain and evolve visual identity systems across digital and physical applications
- Design product related assets including packaging, promotional materials, and launch content
- Create print ready files and preflight assets for production including color accuracy, resolution, and proper file setup
- Design digital assets including web banners, social media graphics, email templates, and online advertisements
- Edit, manage, and deploy digital assets across ecommerce storefronts including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and related platforms
- Support ongoing asset updates, product page optimization, and content population across ecommerce channels
- Create presentations, decks, and client facing materials for internal and external use
- Support environmental and large format design needs in coordination with experiential teams
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and outputs
- Collaborate with content, social, and strategy teams to align execution
- Participate in brainstorming, planning, and creative collaboration sessions
- Maintain organized file structures, asset libraries, and shared folders across projects

What This Role Is
This is a high output design role focused on brand consistency, campaign execution, and production level accuracy across both digital and print environments.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a concept only design role. This is not a slow paced or low output creative position.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, print, and digital design work
- Experience in print, layout, and packaging design is required
- Ability to prepare and preflight files for print production with accuracy
- Strong understanding of digital asset creation across web, email, and social platforms
- Experience managing and updating ecommerce storefront creative assets is preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools
- Attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
- Experience working in fast paced, high output environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization
- Ability to maintain structured file systems and shared asset libraries
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with photography or video content creation is a plus
- Experience with 3D or animation tools is a plus
- Resourceful, dependable, and execution focused mindset

This role supports both a consumer brand and a national experiential business. The position requires versatility, precision, and the ability to execute across multiple creative applications including product, packaging, digital, and environmental design.
