Job Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content that performs. You’ll work closely with our Paid Social team to produce platform-native video that’s on-brand, conversion-focused, and consistently excellent. If you obsess over pacing, know what makes someone stop scrolling, and can move fast without cutting corners — this is your role.
Job Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver high-quality video content optimized for paid social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Cut, trim, and sequence raw footage into compelling narratives; handle transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Add captions and text overlays for accessibility and silent-viewing formats
- Manage and maintain organized production files and video asset libraries
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during concept development and campaign planning
- Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them to keep content fresh and effective
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with a continuous-improvement mindset
Skills \+ Requirements
- 2\+ years editing video content for brands across social platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating editing range, storytelling, and creative judgment
- Deep familiarity with short-form and long-form content formats and platform specs
- Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Photoshop and Motion Graphics a plus
- Solid understanding of codecs, export settings, and platform optimization
- Experience with Notion, Slack, and GSuite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines
Nice to Have
- Background in Film Production, Media Arts, or Communications
- Familiarity with Loom for async communication and tutorials
