We are looking for a Full-Time, Permanent,

QC Lab Technician

for a Monday through Friday day shift. The primary responsibility is to perform chemical and physical tests required for quality control of raw materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks in-process and finished goods
  • Determine batch and color adjustments for final approval
  • Conducts quality checks as part of the acceptance process for raw materials
  • Administration tasks including preparing reports, keeping detailed record-keeping and correspondence
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Ability to operate Q.C. equipment; operating mixers to tint small batch samples
  • Strong ability to distinguish between different color samples to determine near color misses
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with other departments
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • History of reliability and accountability
