Supply Chain \& Operations Manager

Our client is hiring a Supply Chain \& Operations Manager to own the physical side of the business: getting product made, shipped in, and out the door correctly. This role manages vendor and production relationships, inbound logistics, warehouse and 3PL operations, outbound fulfillment, and special product categories including tags, packaging inserts, and branded materials.

This is an operations-first role with a strong vendor backbone.

The right person is comfortable moving between factory communication, freight coordination, 3PL exception management, and NetSuite PO entry in the same day. They live in NetSuite and Excel daily and serve as the internal source of truth for all production and inbound status.

What You'll Do

Production \& Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with domestic and international production vendors, factories, trim suppliers, and branded goods partners
• Place and track bulk POs in NetSuite from order through delivery, flagging delays early with a path forward
• Maintain vendor scorecards covering on-time delivery, quality, and cost compliance

Special Products, Packaging \& Branded Materials

• Own sourcing, ordering, and inventory for tags, packaging inserts, tissue paper, boxes, poly bags, and branded materials
• Maintain stock levels at the 3PL and coordinate reorder timing with warehouse needs
• Partner with product and marketing teams on special packaging and insert programs

Inbound Logistics \& Freight

• Own inbound freight: booking shipments, routing guides, carrier and broker coordination, and ETA tracking
• Manage customs documentation, ISF filings, and broker relationships for international shipments
• Track landed costs and partner with Finance to ensure NetSuite accruals are accurate

Warehouse \& 3PL Operations

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with the 3PL, working within ShipHero WMS to manage receipts, exceptions, and outbound activity
• Manage daily exception reporting: short ships, damaged goods, mis-picks, and receiving discrepancies
• Own SLA tracking across inbound and outbound fulfillment

Outbound Fulfillment

• Oversee outbound order flow across DTC and wholesale, coordinating with the 3PL through ShipHero
• Monitor fulfillment accuracy, carrier performance, and on-time shipment rates
• Partner with the Wholesale Operations Manager on wholesale priorities

Reporting \& Analysis

• Build and maintain Excel-based tracking: on-order reports, inbound ETAs, vendor performance, 3PL SLAs, and materials inventory
• Reconcile data across NetSuite and ShipHero for weekly ops reviews

What They're Looking For

• 4 to 6\+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics; e-commerce, consumer goods, or apparel preferred
• Strong NetSuite experience: POs, receipts, inventory transactions, vendor records, and saved searches
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH/VLOOKUP, and building operational tracking tools from scratch
• Experience managing vendors across production, freight, or materials, with the ability to push back professionally
• Familiarity with 3PL operations and WMS platforms; ShipHero experience a plus
• Strong communicator who can juggle multiple vendor threads at once
• Detail-oriented but operationally fast, able to triage, prioritize, and execute independently
